How to take screenshot on your Samsung Galaxy S21 FE?
Samsung has just introduced the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE smartphone and we are here with the tips and tricks of the latest flagship. Well, the new smartphone runs Android 12 based One UI 4.0 OS out of the box, thus offering multiple new and impressive functionalities. However, here we are starting with the basic “how to take screenshots”.
Nowadays, people regularly take screenshots. Different people have different reasons to capture one. Some people take screenshots of funny/offensive comments or memes on social media to share with friends whereas, students take screenshots of important notes, etc.
Capturing a screenshot is one of the easiest tasks that anyone can perform on their smartphone. When several OEMs offer a three-finger down gesture to take a screenshot, Samsung provides two different ways for making it more convenient to its Galaxy device owners, such as pressing volume and lock buttons at the same time whereas, the second one is Palm swipe.

How to take screenshots in Samsung Galaxy S21 FE
First Method:
- From any screen, press and release the Side and Volume down keys.
Second Method:
Palm swipe is a fast and easy method to capture a screenshot. With this, users can just swipe a palm on the screen from the right edge of the screen to left.
- Enter Settings of your smartphone
- Go to Advanced features option
- Head to Motions and gestures option
- Hit the Palm swipe to capture
- Finally, tap the toggle to enable this feature
Screenshot Settings:
- From Settings, tap Advanced features
- Click on the Screenshots and screen recorder option.
- Screenshot toolbar: Show additional options after you take a screenshot.
- Hide status and navigation bars: Do not display the status bar or navigation bars on screenshots.
- Delete shared screenshots: Automatically delete screenshots after they are shared through the screenshot toolbar.
- Screenshot format: Choose if you would like your screenshots to be saved as JPG or PNG files.
