Samsung Galaxy S20 Android 12 based One UI 4.0 update released in India
Samsung Galaxy S20, S20+, and S20 Ultra users have started receiving the Android 12 based One UI 4.0 update. Currently, the update is released in India and will reach other markets in the coming days.
The Samsung Galaxy S20 series Android 12 update comes with the One UI build versions G980FXXSCEUL7, G985FXXSCEUL7, and G988BXXSCEUL7 respectively. Android 12 is a major OS update, it brings a slew of new features and improvements over the previous version.

You can download the latest Galaxy S20 update through the Settings of your device > from here tap on System updates > and then click on Download and Install. Wait for the phone to check for the available software rollout and fetch it on your smartphone.
Samsung Galaxy S20 Android 12 update: What’s new
Android 12 comes with an absolutely new design called Material You that helps developers to polish their Android apps to the fullest. The Redesigned widgets get more useful and contentful widgets on the go with improved layout structure.
