Verizon locked and Unlocked variants of the Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Galaxy Z Flip 3 have already received the Android 12 update in the US. Now, T-Mobile is also rolling out the stable One UI 4.0 update to the third generation foldable phones, as spotted by RPRNA.

If you want to check for the latest update manually, head to your device Settings tap on Software updates and finally hit the Download and install button.
