Now WhatsApp is widely introducing this feature to select Android as well as iOS beta testers. Currently, it is accessible to WhatsApp beta for Android 2.22.3.5 and WhatsApp beta for iOS 22.2.72 users. However, the other WhatsApp users will soon get access to it.

What is WhatsApp in-app support feature?

The WhatsApp in-app support feature helps users manage bug reports. In addition, WABetaInfo also reported that the in-app support feature, or Support Chat Threads, would be verified and end-to-end encrypted chats and would be closed after the issue that they were opened.

If you have any issue and want to lift WhatsApp using its new in-app support feature, you can do so by navigating: WhatsApp >> Settings >> Help >> Contact us.

The display screen will let you explain your problem by typing it and sending it to the company. The messaging app will respond to your query through a verified chat in its app. As already mentioned, the chat will be closed once the issue is resolved.
