Samsung developing One UI 4.1 for Galaxy S21 Ultra, expect February release!

While the Samsung Galaxy S22 series is likely to be pre-packed with the newest One UI version 4.1, the Galaxy S21 series is first in line to receive the new software over the air, sometime in late February. Meanwhile, tipster IceUniverse just claimed that Samsung has started developing One UI 4.1 on the Galaxy S21 Ultra.

Aside from this, the tipster shared PDA build version G998U1UEU5CVA4, which hints at the US carrier unlocked Galaxy S21 Ultra smartphone, while the fourth last “C” mark shows it is a new One UI build. However, the alleged build is under development, the last digits may be different with the stable release.

Last month, a South Korean media outlet’s report revealed some new features that may debut with the One UI 4.1. According to the report, the One UI 4.1 will bring a better Color Palette, new vibration patterns, a Focus Mode toggle in MultiStar, an improved Director’s View, and more.

Samsung concluded the major Android 12 update rollout for all of its eligible flagship devices such as the Galaxy S21 series. The new Android version brings a newer version of One UI — One UI 4.0, which introduces minor UI tweaks alongside great new features.

Well, the Korean tech giant is all set to announce the next-gen Galaxy S series devices at the virtual Galaxy Unpacked 2022 event on February 9. As expected, the company will unveil the One UI 4.1 alongside the Galaxy S22 series, which will be an upgrade to the One UI 4.0.
