Samsung One UI 4.0 Privacy Protection:

With One UI 4.0, the Permission Usage History menu shows all the permissions used by individual apps over time. You can also check the current data usage of both their permissions and their apps.

Further, Samsung also brings Android 12’s Indicators to One UI 4.0. It alerts users to app camera and microphone usage, so they can instantly disable permissions if they don’t want to allow access. To do this, navigate Settings >> Privacy >> Camera access and Microphone access.

Moreover, to conveniently see all apps that are currently using the Camera and Microphone, swipe down with two fingers >> Quick Settings >> tap green icon.

Samsung One UI 4.0 Privacy Protection also brings a pop-up in every app asking if you want to receive notifications. For apps that only need to know your general area, such as weather apps, you can allow access to your approximate location so that they can’t determine your exact location.

Last but not least, when you copy and paste sensitive information like credit cards, you get notified if any app accesses the information stored on your clipboard.
