Samsung is releasing a new software update for Galaxy F62 smartphones users. This update mainly installs the January 2022 Android security patch for better system security and stability.

Identified via One UI build version E625FDDU2AVA3, the Samsung Galaxy F62 January 2022 update is currently only released in India. However, it will expand to more region users in the coming days or weeks.
If you are a Galaxy F62 user in India, you might have received the update notification. If not then you can check it manually by navigating Settings >> Software updates >> Download and install. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Moreover, the latest software update can be identified via the One UI build version M625FXXU2AVA5. It comes with a heavy package size of around 1.2GB, thus, we recommend you to use an unmetered connection or WiFi while downloading and installing it.
The Galaxy M62 users in India can install the January 2022 update on their devices through Settings. From here tap on System updates, then click on Download and install. Wait for the phone to check for available updates, finally, tap on Download now.

Samsung Galaxy S23 blessed with September 2024 update in Europe, India

According to the scope page, the September 2024 security patch addresses 1 critical and 43 high levels of CVEs for the Android operating system. However, 1 CVE was resolved by previous updates from the company, and 1 is not relevant to Galaxy devices.
Besides Google patches, Samsung offers 23 SVE items to improve user experience. The latest security patch fixes various issues related to My Files, Theme Center, One UI Home, Knox, Dex, and more. It also enhances the stability and performance of the device.
