Samsung Galaxy S22 connectivity test shows amazing speed performance
Samsung announced the Galaxy S22 series, and they are probably one of the hottest smartphones of 2022. Apart from this, it comes with the best performance, camera quality, and features. In the recent development, connectivity testing conducted by PCMag tells, that shows the Galaxy S22 has excellent connection speeds.
In today’s world, it is important that our connected devices have a strong grip on the Internet. This is one of the reasons why the phone’s signal modem is so busy. How well the device connects to the internet can be a make or break for the whole experience.
Galaxy S22 connectivity test shows amazing speed!
The test is done by PCMag, which took two Galaxy S22 phones and put their signal modems at their pace. The results they achieved were amazing. PCMag took the Galaxy S22+ and Galaxy S21 FE in Verizon and compared their performance. The Galaxy S22 was able to achieve almost twice as many megabits per second as the Galaxy S21 FE.
On the T-Mobile, the Galaxy S22 Ultra and the Galaxy S21 Ultra, the S22 Ultra was able to achieve better speeds than the S21 Ultra. The Galaxy S22 phones use Qualcomm’s X65 modem and this contributes to the overall amazing speed.
Right now, Samsung is really showing Google in many categories. Samsung recently announced that it will be getting four years of software updates for its phones, which will receive more than 3 years of software updates from Google. Additionally, Samsung’s One UI4 seems to be more stable than Google’s own stock Android.
Now, Samsung phones are better off joining the Google Pixel 6 phones. Pixel 6 users across the board are reporting very little signal reception no matter which carrier they use.
The Pixel 6 uses Google’s own Tensor SoC with the modem provided by Samsung. The tensor chip works very well on the phone, but as expected, there is still room for improvement. It’s a first-generation chip, and it’s not as advanced as the competition.
