Samsung discontinued Note line, Galaxy S ‘Ultra’ will take legacy forward!

Recently, Samsung announced the merger of the Galaxy Note series with the Ultra variant of the Galaxy S22 series. While the company didn’t launch any new Galaxy Note smartphone lineup, it won’t come in the future as Samsung officially confirmed itself.

After the MWC 2022 event, media reporters asked TM Roh whether the Galaxy Note will come or not! And the official swiftly said that the Galaxy Note series is no more as the company has converted it to the Ultra variant of the Galaxy S series, and consumers will see the same form factor in the future.

Until 2020, Samsung had launched a new Galaxy S lineup in the first quarter, while new Galaxy Notes in the third quarter. Meanwhile, after the Galaxy S21 series, it was rumored that the Korean tech giant will focus on marketing the foldable phones while ditching the Galaxy Note line.

It means, the Galaxy Note 20 and Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is the last PURE Galaxy Note phones. In the future, you will need to purchase the Ultra version of the Galaxy S series to experience the power of the iconic Galaxy Note with eye-catching S Pen support alongside.
