WhatsApp to soon add Blur tool to drawing editor

WhatsApp is already working to redesign the drawing editor as it started developing new drawing tools from the beginning of the year. Through the beta update, the company released two different pencils to draw on images and videos.

Now, a Meta-owned company has released a new beta update for Android via the Google Play Beta Program with version 2.22.7.1. The latest beta brings a new drawing tool for WhatsApp for Android.

According to WABetaInfo, WhatsApp is enhancing its drawing editor by adding another tool called the Blur tool. This tool helps users to remove sensible detail of the image as well as you can make your photo portrait by blurring it.

In the shared screenshot, you can clearly see that the drawing tool now include a blur tool and two new pencil tool. These new tools seem helpful for editing images or videos before sending.

Although the changes are under development and may release soon for all users. Currently, the company doesn’t reveal information about the releasing of this feature for the public but planning to release this feature in a future update.
