Samsung Galaxy A53 sale starts ahead of March 17 launch

Recently, Samsung confirmed a new Galaxy A event on March 17 to announce the awaited Galaxy A series phones including the A53, A73, and A33. But before the devices get officially launched, the Galaxy A53 unofficially goes on sale in Kenya.

The device has 8GB RAM in addition to 128GB internal storage that costs KSH 45,500 (~$400). The Kenya website that is selling Galaxy A53 also unveils all the specifications of the upcoming phone.

The last year’s Galaxy A52 is among the most famous Samsung mid-range phones out there. It’s because of the features and internals offered by the tech giant. Meanwhile, with further improvements, it looks like the Galaxy A53 is going to be another hit in the mid-range market.

Samsung Galaxy A53 specifications:

According to the leaked specifications, the Galaxy A53 has a 6.52-inch 1080p AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It is powered by the Exynos 1200 processor and runs on an Android 12-based One UI 4 software system to diver seamless performance.

Furthermore, the device has a 64MP quad-camera setup on the back that consists of a 64MP primary camera, a 12MP ultrawide camera, and a 5MP macro as well as a 5MP depth sensor. At the front, there’s a punch-hole for the 32M selfie shooter.

Besides these, the device features a 4500 Li-Po non-removable battery that probably supports 25W fast charging. Although there are various colors of Galaxy A53, the website only unveils the White color.
