Samsung One UI 4.1 Portrait Mode

Samsung One UI 4.1 Portrait Mode’s Add Portrait Effect feature creates a smooth, blurry background on a photo when your subject is in sharp focus. Blurring the background creates a more pleasant image and helps to make your subject stand out.

Portrait mode refers to a specific setting on smartphone cameras. This is usually accompanied by artificial blurring of the background, similar to the bokeh effect of DSLRs to reduce field depth. This helps to blur the background.

Artificial Intelligence detects what image you are trying to capture, usually focusing on it or spotting a face in the frame. The phone tries to erase your content using edge recognition and keeps it in focus.

Not only do you get amazing photos of yourself and others with Portrait Mode, but you can also add effects before you take a photo! Additionally, continue editing the photo to your heart’s content using various lighting and filter options.
