Here, we are conducting a dark mode comparison battle between Samsung One UI 4.0 and One UI 4.1. So, let’s see who provides better dark mode features.

Samsung One UI 4.0 Dark Mode:

With One UI 4.0, Samsung made a slight, but very nice improvement in the behavior of Dark Mode. Wallpapers, icons, and illustrations are now automatically darkened to provide a more consistent look to your device as well as more comfort to your eyes.

It’s a little hard to notice at first, but if you look carefully, you’ll notice that One UI 4.0 Dark Mode is darker in color than the previous One UI. The icons are finely colored so that you get a more consistent experience.

Samsung One UI 4.1 Dark Mode:

One UI 4.1 might seem short on features, but it is a decent follow-up to One UI 4 that introduced some major usability improvements. Samsung One UI 4.1 dark mode is now smarter than the previous generation.

It automatically adjusts the home screen and its icons to be a bit darker. This subtle tinting is done across the home screen and is much appreciated. Undoubtedly, this has been done to make the use of UI more comfortable and consistent.
