Samsung Electronics announces a new appointment in the company management. Anton Sukovaty to head the Division of Management and Development of the Samsung Electronics services in Russia.

After the formal announcement, he stated that “In the future, we plan to continue to provide high-quality after-sales service and solve the problems facing the business in the current conditions.”

Anton is a graduate of the Taganrog State Radio Engineering University. In 2003, he received his Ph.D. in Engineering. In this new position, Anton Sukovaty is responsible for maintaining high-quality and developing customer services for the company.

Previously he served as the Director of the quality control and technical support section of the Russian office of Samsung Electronics. Anton has deep expertise and many years of experience in this field. Talking about his history, he joined the Samsung Electronics team in 2004 when he joined the company as an AV Product Support Engineer.

From 2011-to 2012, he worked at the Samsung Electronics headquarters in Korea as part of the Global Mobility program, and after his return, he headed the Regional Service Network Development.

Since 2019 Anton has served as Director of the Technical Support and Quality Control Section. In addition to technical issues, this division is also responsible for Samsung’s environmental projects, product certification, product quality control, and many other areas.
