One UI 4.1
It’s expected that April 2022 security patch includes fixes for the vulnerabilities and exploits that reduced the overall system performance with the major One UI 4.1 upgrade. However, Samsung last week revealed the details of its latest security patch for the Galaxy devices, which is available HERE.
The One UI 4.1 software is based on Google’s Android 12 operating system, bringing further improvements to the system alongside a slew of new features inspired by the Galaxy S22 series. Recently, it was said that the company will begin the Android 13-based One UI 5 Beta program by July this year.
One UI 5 Beta
Accordingly, we can expect that the Galaxy Note 20 series might also be eligible for the One UI 5 Beta program, sometime in October/November this year. Google is rapidly working on the Android 13 OS and it’s likely to be released for eligible Pixels by October 2022.
