Latest Samsung Galaxy S22 update improves camera performance and more

Luckily, Samsung has acknowledged those issues and is now releasing a new software update to fix them. This fresh Galaxy S22 update doesn’t come with any new security patch or features, it still has the April 2022 security patch but with further improvements.
According to the users’ reports on the community, they are experiencing smoother scrolling and animations. At the same time, some of these device owners have noticed the faster performance, especially while opening and using the Camera application.
Aside from these, the official changelog for the update also mentions 7 stock app upgrades for the overall device performance enhancement. The list of applications is as follows:

It should be mentioned that the update comes with One UI build version S908BXXU1AVDA, S906BXXU1AVDA, and S901BXXU1AVDA for Galaxy S22 Ultra, Galaxy S22+, and Galaxy S22 smartphones. And, to install it, you will have to download the package of around 485MB.
This update is released in European markets at the moment. If you haven’t yet been notified of the update, you can check the update manually by navigating Settings >> Software update >> Download and install.

Notably, the latest patch fixes 1 critical and 43 high-level security issues for Google. In addition, Samsung fixes 23 security fixes for My Files, Theme Center, One UI Home, Knox, and Dex to make your experience better.
You can also check the update by visiting the Settings app on your smartphone and opening the Software Update section. Now, click on the Download and install option.
