Hey, Samsung! We want major user interface changes with Android 13 One UI 5 upgrade
Google completely revamped the look of its Android operating system by introducing Material You theming language with Android 12. Not only this, but the company has also brought countless major changes and new features for the users.
Samsung’s One UI 4.0 which is based on Android 12 impressively adopted the changes made in Android and created a more connected user interface for Galaxy users. The Korean tech giant later released One UI 4.1, which is currently its freshest custom software system. Although it comes with multiple customization options, it doesn’t carry many new features.

Samsung One UI 4 brought many noticeable changes, you can unlock the full potential of the Galaxy experience with familiarity across all your devices. But there are some flaws that we Samsung fans and users want to be fixed in the next-gen custom OS.
For instance, Material You. No doubt Android 12 One UI 4.1 Material You is amazing, it not only applies themes to menus, buttons, and backgrounds but also to Google and Samsung app icons on your phone. But that is not enough, we want these themes to be functional for third-party applications as well.
Also, the Dynamic Theming should be compatible with Media Control. Well, the Android 13 beta update already shows that Dynamic Theming has been applied to media controls. Since One UI 5.0 will be based on Android 13, we can that this feature is confirmed for Galaxy owners.
Samsung RAM Plus is being loved and highly used by users, it helps in enhancing your phone’s performance. It currently provides up to 8GB of RAM expansion, while the addition of a 16GB of RAM option would be amazing and more effective.
Further, Samsung Galaxy users have been enjoying plenty of gaming-oriented OS improvements over the year. One UI 4 also brought some features to the table, meanwhile, with One UI 5.0, Samsung should bring faster game loading services to further enhance the gaming experience.
Samsung fans are also expecting a new clipboard popup that provides more context about what you copied and allows you to edit it with ease, a new photo picker, a smart home controller that will let you control smart home devices on the lock screen itself, notification permission, ability for editing texts from clipboard, and many more.
