One UI 5.0 animations

Samsung brought entirely new animations with Android 12-based One UI 4.0, removing the old One UI 3.x animations. But there are no prominent changes visible in the animations in the few months old One UI 4.1, it continues to use One UI 4.0.

Users are expecting the completely new changing animation and fingerprint animations. They get bored with the current one and want to try new animations with the new custom OS. Also, some One UI users expect that the company gives choice in these animations like many other animations.

One UI 5.0 faster animations

A few weeks ago, a report suggested that based on Android 13, the One UI 5.0 will bring faster animations to the devices. You might dismiss this change as little but it will significantly impact daily use.

Samsung has heavily optimized One UI to deliver smooth performance across its devices, but the slow animations ruin that experience. Meanwhile, the upcoming One UI 5.0 will fix this.
