Samsung improves Galaxy Buds 2 performance via new update

Samsung is now rolling out a new minor firmware update for the Galaxy Buds 2 earbuds over that air. Identified via PDA build version R177XXU0AVF1, the update brings system stability and usability improvements for a better overall user experience.

How to install:
You can check the Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 update status by opening the Galaxy Wearable app on your connected smartphone searching for the Earbuds software update, and clicking on Download and install.

- You will not be able to use your headphones while installing the update.
- Some settings on your headphones may be changed.
- Connect to both headphones to update your software.

Samsung keeps updating its Galaxy devices to provide users with seamless performance. Recently the company has started sending a new software update for the Galaxy Buds 2 earbuds.
The update seems minor, however, it aims that improve the security and stability of the device. Also, the firmware could be responsible for your buds’ better performance, so you should install it.
Last month, the buds received the 360-degree audio feature that delivers a theatre-like sound experience so you won’t feel which direction the sound is coming from. Additionally, it improved call quality as well as Bluetooth connectivity and stability.
The new Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 update comes with build version R177XXU0AVE1 and a package size of only 3MB. It’s currently released in the South Korean market and other users are likely to receive it in the coming days.
