Four more One UI 5.0 features confirmed ahead of Samsung Android 13 Beta

Many Android users are enjoying Android 13 features on their smartphones, the exception was only for Samsung. But now it’s also available for Galaxy devices as recently the Korean tech giant reportedly released One UI 5.0 (Android 13) Beta for Samsung employees internally with several new features. It will not take much time to release for all eligible Galaxy devices,  possibly release in the third week of July 2022.

Android 13-based One UI 5.0 Beta features have begun surfacing online as soon as the beta program started. Obviously, the next UI will arrive with a bunch of new features including redesigned Notification panel, multitasking gestures, keyboard OCR, and more.

1. Collaboration in Samsung Notes

Now, you can write, edit and share notes with up to 100 people at the same time. Everyone can see the change as it happens. This feature will enhance your experience as well as provide an easy way to use and share Notes.

2. Currently active app in quick settings

One UI 5.0 Beta allows limited Samsung Galaxy devices to see active apps in quick settings, which means the feature is coming to all devices in the future. This feature will save our time and make the device easy to use because you can easily see active apps without opening recent.

3. About phone page now shows an image of the device

In the Settings section of About Phone, you can now see the image of your device above your device name. As per the below screenshot, you can easily see the image of your device as well as the color of the device. This option is also coming in the future i.e One UI 5.0.

4. UWB toggle in settings

According to reports, the update has added an option to enable ultra-wideband (UWB) in the connection within the settings. With the UWB feature, your device easily identifies the exact location of nearby devices, just need to on the toggle.

To be mentioned, these specifications have been revealed by several reports but as of now, the company is yet to make an official announcement about them.
