Samsung has begun rolling out a new software update for the Galaxy Note 10 Lite smartphone users that primarily installs the latest July 2022 Android security patch along with some minor optimizations and general issues fixes.

Going by the new information, Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Lite July 2022 update comes with One UI build version N770FXXS8GVF4. It is live for the France unit at the moment but will soon expand to more users in various regions.

Furthermore, the fresh software update for Galaxy Note 10 Lite brings improvements to system security and stability and enhances the users’ experience. In the meantime, it helps in protecting your phone from bugs and viruses.

It also fixes dozens of privacy and security-related vulnerabilities and exploits that boost the device’s performance. However, the official support page mentions 3 critical and 20 high levels of CVE and SVE items from Google and Samsung.

If you use Galaxy Note 10 Lite smartphone in France, you can now get access to the latest security patch by downloading the update through the Settings of your phone. Once you enter the Settings, head over to the Software update section followed by the Download and install. Simply follow the few simple steps mentioned on the screen and it’s done.

Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Lite One UI 5.0:

While the two top-end variants of the series – Galaxy Note 10 and Galaxy Note 10 Plus will not get updated with the Android 13-based One UI 5.0 version, the Galaxy Note 10 Lite is eligible for it and will get the update in late 2022.

Why? According to Samsung’s old software update policy, flagship Galaxy phones will get 3 major OS updates. Launch pre-installed with Android 9, the Note 10 and Note 10+ have received their three Android upgrades while the Note 10 Lite launched with Android 10 and is yet to receive its 3rd Android OS update.
