Earlier this year, Samsung launched the LTE variant of Galaxy A23 smartphones with some advanced specifications. Now the Korean tech giant is gearing up to launch the 5G variant of the device.

According to the new information, the Samsung Galaxy A23 5G got approval from the FCC (Federal Communications Commission) and Bluetooth SIG certification databases, ahead of the launch.

It looks like the device will make its availability in various markets including the United States and Europe. Here’s what the two certification sites expose about the upcoming phone.

Samsung Galaxy A23 5G FCC

The US’s FCC certification site doesn’t reveal any major information about the device. It unveils that the phone has a model number SM-A236E. At the same time, other variants of the device including SM-A236M and SM-A236B have also appeared on the FCC.

Samsung Galaxy A23 5G Bluetooth SIG

The Bluetooth SIG certification for the Galaxy A23 5G certifies the device with the same model number as the FCC. At the same time, it says that the phone will support Bluetooth 5.1.

Besides these, the listings don’t mention any other information about the product. However, previous reports claim that it will come with Snapdragon 695 processor, quad camera with a 50MP primary shooter, dual-SIM capabilities, dual-band Wi-Fi 5, and NFC.

Further, as of now, there has been no information about the launch date of the forthcoming phone. Samsung is holding a Galaxy  Unpacked event on August 10 to uncover the Galaxy Z4 series, Watch 4 series, Buds 2 Pro, and new OS or watches and phones. It’s expected the Galaxy A23 5G will launch after the event.
