Samsung G·nusmas – What’s this, new Virtual Assistant or Hoax?

After SAM, it looks like Samsung is preparing to introduce a new virtual assistant that could be called G·nusmas. Recently, tipster @stufflistings shared an object’s image, which has a label of Samsung G·nusmas as well, suggesting that there’s a new thing from the company that is coming.

So far, the South Korean tech giant has not revealed anything about the G·nusmas or the arrival of any new virtual assistant. However, we are aware of the increasing trends of virtual assistants nowadays, therefore, the cryptic image only suggests a new assistant.

In the image shared by the tipster, we can see a character like an alien, in a blue and gray outfit. While Samsung used the SAM as Galaxy products advisor in South America, the Samsung G·nusmas seems to be taking place of a new virtual assistant in near future.

According to information available on Google Search, G·nusmas stands for Gift of God, per a submission from Morocco. Other than this, there are a lot of meanings available for the spelling “gnusmus” that vary on markets as well.

Last month, the company showcased an experimental virtual playground – Space Tycoon, on the global metaverse platform Roblox. The Space Tycoon is a virtual space created by Samsung in order to build and play games in space and share experiences with alien characters.

Galaxy Unpacked August 2022

On August 10, Samsung will be having its next Galaxy Unpacked event, where it will launch the Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Galaxy Z Flip 4 foldable smartphones. It’s worth mentioning that the company has promised to bring more than that, therefore, the possibilities are it might unveil G·nusmas as well.
