Second One UI 5.0 Beta will release after Beta 1 feedback is analyzed

Earlier this month, Samsung announced, the pushed as well, the Android 13-based One UI 5.0 Beta for the Galaxy S22 series devices in the US, Germany, and South Korea. The first One UI 5.0 Beta build reportedly has various bugs and issues, and Beta participants are now waiting for the second Beta update.

For the same, Galaxy S22 smartphone users asked Samsung about the release date of the second One UI 5.0 Beta update. The company’s community moderator has replied to consumers’ query but denied giving a specific release date of Beta 2 and said it’s not possible to reveal.

Meanwhile, the staff member dropped a hint that the One UI 5.0 Beta 1’s feedback analysis is still underway and the company will push the next Android 13 Beta update as soon as Beta 1’s feedback is analyzed and improvements are implemented.

“It is not possible to provide a specific date for publishing the next release. It will be provided as soon as 1st Beta feedback is analyzed and improvements are implemented.”

On August 15, Google released the Stable Android 13 update for eligible Pixel devices, which is rolling out widely in the US, starting yesterday. The company disclosed that several OEMs including Samsung will start pushing the Android 13 update “later this year.”

One UI 5.0 Features

Based on Android 13, the One UI 5.0 version comes with various new and useful features for consumers. Alongside fruitful camera improvements, the One UI 5.0 brings a watermark feature so you can add it to every image just after setting up once.

Aside from this, the One UI 5.0 also adapts the upgraded Material You design language of the Android 13, extending Color Palette choices to 16. In addition to wallpaper-based Color Palettes, you can also choose Material You generated colors from the newly added Basic Colors section.
