Earlier, the Redmi launched the K50 Extreme Edition with a 1.5K display, which could enter the Global market with Xiaomi 12T and 12T Pro.
Apart from this, tipster IceUniverse also pointed out that the Chinese mid-range phones are going to beat upcoming Samsung flagships when it comes to high-resolution displays.
In 2023, the 1220p resolution of Chinese brand mobile phones will become the new mainstream, and the corresponding Samsung S23/23+ will continue to adhere to the low-cost 1080p resolution, which may be the lowest resolution of the flagshipphone in 2023. If the leak becomes reality, Samsung will surely have pressure for S23 and S23+ as Chinese mid-rangers could feature displays with a pixel density in the 450 ppi range.
