    • Turn off the device.
    • Press and hold the Volume Up key and the Side key.
    • When the Android logo displays, release both keys.
    • An ‘Installing system update’ message may show briefly before the Android Recovery menu options appear.
    • Press the Volume down key several times to highlight the Wipe cache partition.
    • Press Side key to select.
    • Press the Volume down key to highlight Yes, then press the Side key to select.
    • When the process is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.
    • Press the Side key to restart the device.

 

  • Android System Intelligence [Updated: Aug. 09]

Android System Intelligence is a system component that powers intelligent features across Android, whilst keeping your data private such as Live Caption, Screen Attention, App Predictions, and Smart text selection. Users reported that they are no longer able to install the Android System Intelligence app.

 

  • One UI Home app crashing [Updated: Aug. 09]

In case Samsung’s stock launcher app – One UI Home keeps crashing after the Android 13-based One UI 5.0 Beta installation, you can fix it through the steps following below:

    • To fix the One UI Home keeps crashing, or force closing issue on the One UI 5 Beta, just head towards the system Settings > Applications. Now, click the Sort icon on the right side of the app list and select the One UI Home app.
    • Now, open the storage options of One UI Home and delete the app data and cache. Similarly, delete the cache of the Samsung Experience Service app & System UI, if it exists as well as clean the cache data through recovery mode.
