After the Android 12-based One UI 4.1, the Android 13-based One UI 5.0 is a big deal for all Samsung consumers. Starting in August, Samsung started to provide the major One UI 5.0 upgrade to the Galaxy S series’s latest Galaxy S22 lineup through Beta testing program.

The South Korean tech giant is speedily working to adopt the Android 13 OS for Galaxy devices so it can deliver the One UI 5.0 upgrade to more eligible Galaxy users. The Galaxy S22 series will get its first major upgrade this year, while some of the S series devices have retired with Android 12.
