According to the information via 9to5Mac, a user was facing the issue of overheating in his Apple Watch for a few days, he also informed Apple Support. Recently, the Watch Series 7 exploded and Apple did not want the user to share this information with anyone.

What’s the whole story?

For a few days, a user who was wearing the Apple Watch was feeling uncomfortable, noticed that the watch is getting hotter than before, and also the back of the watch is slightly broken. In addition to this, WatchOS is warning to shut down it again and again due to high temperature.

The user immediately told the whole situation to Apple Support. After diverting several people from the Apple Support team, the call finally came to a manager who only said he will invest but he also did not suggest any solution after this call and the next morning the Watch went off due to an explosion.

Even after the explosion, the user called the Apple Support team and reported the accident. The company arranged for the watch to be taken away and also said that it would be sent to a lab for testing.

Apart from this, the company asked him to sign a document, in which it was written that he would not tell anyone about this incident, but he denied to sign it and informed 9to5Mac about this incident.

Looking at this whole incident, we can say that the Apple support team has made a lot of carelessness, it is good that the user did not wear that watch in his hand at the time of the watch burst. Instead of hiding this, Apple should make other users aware, so that users remain alert and no one is harmed.
