One UI 5.0 update release plan for your Samsung device
Samsung officially introduced the One UI 5.0 on October 24 and started the update rollout for the Galaxy S22 lineup. Aside from this, Samsung also disclosed which Galaxy devices will get the One UI 5.0 update based on Android 13 and the release timeline, together.

Your Galaxy device will receive interesting new features with the Android 13-based One UI 5.0 update. You will be able to apply Dynamic Icons on Google and third-party apps, disable RAM Plus feature, Maintenance Mode for secure repairs, and a lot more.

The recently released foldable smartphones and last two years’ flagship Galaxy devices are scheduled to receive the Stable Android 13-based One UI 5.0 update in November 2022. In addition, Samsung has also included the Galaxy Tab S8, Tab S7, A53 and A33 devices in the November wave. Check full list below:

As November will be focused on Samsung flagships and premium mid-rangers, the December wave includes older flagships and mid-range devices such as the 2nd generation foldable, Fan Edition of S20 FE, and 2020’s eligible Galaxy A series devices.

Starting January 2023, the South Korean tech giant will begin the One UI 5.0 Stable update deployment for budget and entry-level Galaxy devices including phones and tablets. The Galaxy M12 budget phone is scheduled to get One UI 5.0 update in January 2023 wave, while, you can check the full list below:

Until January, Samsung plans to distribute the new OS upgrade to all eligible Korean models, however, the schedule mentions Galaxy Tab Active 4 Pro to get it in February 2023. And apart from the models listed in the roadmap, more devices are eligible to get One UI 5.0, which is not in the Korean list.
