Galaxy A31 is the latest Samsung smartphone to receive the October 2022 Android security patch alongside a new software update. This update enhances your phone’s performance as well as upgrades some stock One UI applications.

According to the information, the applications that are getting an update include Samsung Internet, Samsung Members, Calculator, and more. However, what changes these apps are bringing to your Galaxy phone is not mentioned in the changelog. It might be related to their stability and some functionality improvements.

In addition to these, Samsung’s official support page notes fixes for a bunch of privacy and security-related issues and vulnerabilities to provide users with the best possible user experience. These fixes contain 31 CVE and 18 SVE items from Google and Samsung.
