Samsung Galaxy S23 series could be launching in the first week of February 2023. Korean media reports that Samsung is considering an early launch of its next flagship lineup as the worldwide smartphone market is rapidly shrinking.

According to Chosun sources, Samsung is planning to hold an Unpacked event in San Francisco, USA in the first week of February 2023 to introduce its next flagship smartphone lineup – Galaxy S23. If the company announces the S23 series in the first week, the products will be available to purchase from February 17.

The South Korean tech giant is rapidly working on the upcoming flagship devices as leaks and rumors continue to pop up on the web. Recent report revealed that it’s almost confirmed that the Galaxy S23 series will be shipped with Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset globally.

The upcoming Galaxy S23 lineup includes three models – Galaxy S23, S23 Plus and S23 Ultra, which were earlier spotted on Geekbench too. In addition to the Snapdragon chip, the S23 phones will be shipped with Android 13-based One UI 5.x software and support for four major upgrades.

Galaxy S23 Ultra is going to be the first Samsung phone equipped with an epic 200MP image sensor for striking mobile photography. Tipster leaked the image sample of the 200MP camera sensor that is reportedly under testing at Samsung for the S23 Ultra. Read more here
