According to Samsung UAE, the company is aware that a limited number of Galaxy Watch 4 lineup smartwatches are not turning on following a recent software (VI3) update. Seeing the reports and feedback, the rollout of the VI3 update has halted and new software will be pushed shortly.

So if you have not yet upgraded your Galaxy Watch 4 or Galaxy Watch 4 Classic to the new VI3 firmware update, don’t even think to go ahead otherwise, you will get in trouble. For users who have installed the update and are no longer able to use the Galaxy Watch 4, Samsung recommended they should visit a nearby service center.
