As mentioned in the screenshot, the Galaxy Watch 4’s VK4 firmware update improves the power-off functionality, which was disturbed following the halted build – V13. Since the rollout is happening gradually, users who received it can download and install it on their smartwatch through the Galaxy Wearable app.

In case you’ve installed the earlier firmware update on your Galaxy Watch 4 and it got turned off due to battery discharge, sadly, you need to visit a nearby Samsung Service center to get the watch fixed. Well, we recommend users don’t let their Galaxy Watch 4 discharge even after installation of the new update.
