Samsung testing Android 13 One UI 5.0 update for Galaxy A33

Starting Galaxy A53, Samsung has started delivering its Android 13-based One UI 5.0 update to mid-range smartphones. Samsung Galaxy A33 is likely to be among the next mid-range device to install the One UI 5.0 update as the company has already started testing it.

Just recently, @SamsungSWUpdate reported that One UI 5.0 update for Galaxy A33 is underway. The company is developing this firmware in India and it carries the build version A336EDXU4BVK1.

It’s worth noticing that Samsung has confirmed that Galaxy A33 smartphone users will start getting the Android 13-based One UI 5.0 update this month, meanwhile, it will widely expand to the users in December this year.

Furthermore, the Android 13-based One UI 5.0 is the first major software update of the Galaxy A33 devices that came pre-installed with Android 12-based One UI 4.1 software.

This update will bring a slew of new features and improvements to the devices as well as will fix all the issues and errors that users are facing at the present time. Some of the most highlighted features include 16 color palette presets, stack widgets, Extract text from image feature, and new Camera Watermark features.

At the same time, the devices Settings page will also get three new sections including Connected devices, Modes and Routines, and Security and Privacy so you need to go to different sections to find all related settings. The Wallpaper and style page, Camera Pro mode, and others are also facing major changes with the One UI 5.0 upgrade.
