Samsung rolls out Galaxy A53 One UI 5.0 (Android 13) update in South Korea

After some European and Asian countries, Samsung is now delivering the stable Android 13-based One UI 5.0 update for Galaxy A53 smartphones in South Korea. This update undoubtedly brings plenty of new features and improvements to the devices.

Some most highlighted One UI 5.0 features include 16 color palette options, new multitasking gestures like – Swipe for Split screen and Swipe for Pop-up view, Extract text from images, Lockdown mode, the ability to disable RAM Plus, and many more.

Various Samsung apps are also getting new features. For example, the Camera app is getting Picture Watermark, a new help guide in Pro mode, Telephoto lens support in food mode, and others. Whereas, the Gallery app is getting new and improved editing tools, a new “View all” option to quickly access all your albums, and others.

Samsung has further tweaked various user interface elements, made app icons bold, and improved system animations to enable a better user experience. The company has also added more customization options and better privacy and security features.

Alongside these new changes, the fresh software update also installs the latest November 2022 Android security patch that itself fixes multiple vulnerabilities and exposures that affect the system’s security and privacy.

Furthermore, Samsung Galaxy A53 One UI 5.0 update comes with One UI build version A536NKSU3BVK1 in Korea. You can now download it through Settings >> Software update >> Download and install options.
