Samsung Galaxy Note 20 picks up its One UI 5.0 update in Korea [Android 13]
Samsung Galaxy Note 20 and Galaxy Note 20 Ultra smartphone users have started collecting the Android 13-based One UI 5.0 update in Korea. This update comes with multiple new features, improvements, and user interface changes.
The company is releasing the One UI 5.0 update for Samsung Galaxy Note 20 with build version N981NKSU1GVK1 and for Note 20 Ultra with firmware version N986NKSU1GVK1 in Korea. You can now download it through the Settings of your phone. Just navigate to Software update >> Download and install.

Galaxy Note 20:
Samsung Galaxy Note 20 is one of the most famous flagship smartphones launched in 2020. The devices came pre-installed with Android 10 OS and sadly, these are not eligible for the four major software updates.
This Android 13 is the last major upgrade for the phones. After this upgrade, the Note 20 series will only receive security patches and the One UI 5.1 update next year.

The latest iteration of Samsung’s software installs a bunch of premium features to the two-year-old smartphone. It brings 16 new color palette options, Lockdown mode, per-app language, notification permission, the ability to turn off RAM Plus, new multitasking gestures – Swipe for Pop-up view and Swipe for Split-screen, Extract text from images, and more.
Other than these, the Camera app gets new features like Watermark, Help guide in Pro mode, Telephoto lens support for Food mode, and others. The Gallery is getting new and improved picture/video editing tools, the Notes app is getting powerful searches, and more.
In addition to these, there are various new lock screen customization capabilities that let you change the size and type of every part of the lock screen. The security of your phone is also significantly improving with the addition of new features and functions on the “Security and Privacy” dashboard.
