Android 13 is the last major upgrade for Galaxy S20:
Samsung Galaxy S20 is a premium smartphone launched back in the year 2020. Sadly, its customers have to be satisfied with the Android 13 operating system as it’s not eligible for any other major upgrade. However, when Samsung will release One UI 5.1 (also based on Android 13), the Galaxy S20 will also grab it.
