Google recently introduced a set of new features, such as Reading mode, emoji mashups, security alerts, and more, for Android devices. Additionally, the company has also announced three new tiles and other Google app improvements for its Wear OS smartwatches including Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 and Galaxy Watch 5.

New Tiles:

Wear OS tiles make it easy to see important information at a glance. Google already offers Google Maps tile to let users start navigating to their home or office from anywhere. Meanwhile, to help users get more things done from their watch, the company is now bringing three new Tiles.

Improved Google Keep:

Google has further updated the Google Keep app for Wear OS customers so that users’ notes and to-dos on their watches look as good as on their phones. This app update brings the ability to view labels, collaborators, photos, custom backgrounds, and even drawings.

Improved Google Assistant:

It’s not been so long since Google released Google Assistant for its Wear OS smartwatch customers. The company is now significantly improving this feature with the integration of the Adidas Running app.

You can use Google Assistant to quickly jump into over 30 types of workouts with the Adidas Running app. Just say “Hey Google, start running with Adidas Running” and the app will open and start tracking your workout, noting your pace, distance, and heart rate via the built-in sensors on your smartwatch.

Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 and Galaxy Watch 5 running Wear OS 3.5 will get access to all these new tiles and Google app improvements shortly.
