Last week, Samsung released the Android 13-based One UI 5.0 stable update for the Verizon-locked models of the Galaxy S21 FE smartphones in the US. This big update is now expanding to US Cellular network users.

While Samsung has begun dispatching the December 2022 Android security patch to its customers, the major Android 13 update to Galaxy S21 FE comes with the November 2022 patch for security enhancements.

Furthermore, the Korean company is releasing this software update with One UI build version G990USQU4DVK5 for US Cellular customers. It’s expected to expand to other carrier network customers very soon.

Galaxy S21 FE Android 13 One UI 5.0:

While the Google Android 13 installs a bunch of new features to Galaxy S21 FE, Samsung’s One UI 5.0 brings plenty of customization options, a new user interface, bolder app icons, smoother animations, and faster performance.

Some top-listed new features include 16 Color palette options, Notification permissions, Extract text from images, Stack widgets, Camera watermark, LockStar-like lock screen customization options, Per-app language, the ability to turn off RAM Plus, and much more.

In addition, the company adds four new accessibility toggles to the Quick settings panel, three new Settings menus: Connected devices, Modes and Routines, Security and Privacy, three new Good Lock modules, etc.
