Last month, Samsung delivered the stable Android 13-based One UI 5.0 update for Galaxy A52 devices with lots of new features and changes. Now, the LTE variant of Samsung Galaxy A52 has begun collecting a new update in Europe and it installs the latest December 2022 Android security patch.
Samsung addresses multiple privacy and security-related issues and vulnerabilities with its December 2022 patch. It contains 5 critical levels of Google CVEs that were highly affecting users’ privacy and their device’s security and were causing data leaks.
Aside from these, the update also resolves 60 high and 2 moderate levels of CVEs from Google’s Android OS to gain users’ confidence in their phone’s security. Whereas, there are 13 Galaxy-specific SVEs that were harming various One UI apps and services like Good Lock Nice Catch, Samsung Phone, Samsung Contact, etc.

Other than these fixes, the latest update slightly improves your phone’s performance as it enhances the system’s security and stability which helps to keep your data away from bugs and viruses, and offers uninterrupted functionality.
Moreover, Samsung has made a staged rollout to release this update. It is currently available in some European countries including Germany. However, the company will not take much time to spread it widely.
