Samsung trolls Apple for not having foldable iPhone [U]

Dec. 22// Samsung posted a new ad on Weibo, trolling Apple for not having a foldable iPhone to date. The ad shows Galaxy Z Flip 4 as fans in a football ground, while, there is an iPhone as well. All Flip 4 phones can flip, while the iPhone remains in the same form factor.

Dec. 16// Samsung has recently released a new ad to promote the Galaxy Z Flip 4 smartphone and show off its ability to flip. This Samsung ad mocks Apple for not bringing a foldable iPhone as now almost all major smartphone brands have launched their foldable phones.

The advertisement makes fun of the iPhone’s old traditional design and indirectly asks Apple to bring something new to the users. In the ad video, a guy sitting on a fence sees people having difficulty choosing between an Apple or Samsung.

He says he can’t switch to a Samsung smartphone because he is worried about what his friends will think. Meanwhile, a girl told him, “When you pull out your new Galaxy Z Flip 4, people are going to lose it”.

The guy then takes the Galaxy Z Flip 4 in his hand and his friends started popping out from behind the fence to tell him how cool the phone is. The advertisement finally ends with captions – “Time to get off the fence” and “The Galaxy awaits you”, indicating that Samsung is waiting for tough competition from an Apple foldable iPhone.

Well, this is not the first time Samsung is mocking Apple for not bringing a foldable iPhone, it has been happed several times these months. Earlier, the Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Galaxy Z Flip 4 ads mocked Apple saying we’ve been flexing and folding for 2 years, 5 months, and 20 days. Another ad shows that an Apple user sees flippable phones everywhere and lastly he decides to switch to Flip 4.
