Samsung rolling out the Android 13 update for Galaxy M12 smartphone
Continuing its rapid deployment, Samsung is now rolling out Android 13-based One UI 5.0 update for Galaxy M12 smartphone users. At present, the major software upgrade is available to download in Russia, while other countries including India will get access soon.
In Russia, the Galaxy M12 smartphone’s Android 13-based One UI 5.0 update carries PDA version number M127FXXU3CVL2. Alongside new features and changes, the new firmware package comes with November 2022 security patch for better device security.

Samsung’s One UI 5.0 update has a lot of new stuff for your Galaxy device. It brings a new Wallpaper and style section where get plenty of new wallpapers in the Graphical and Colors section. Moreover, Dynamic Theming now applies system-wide no matter whether the app belongs to Samsung, Google or 3rd party.
The Extract text is also a great feature, which allows you to grab text content from any image, in addition to the camera viewfinder. You just need to tap the “T” icon and the AI will highlight the text content of the image so you can easily copy and use it anywhere you want.
As soon as the company expands the availability, your Galaxy M12 will prompt you to download the Android 13 update. You can also check for the updates manually, by navigating to System Settings, followed by Software update and Download and install.
