Seems like, Samsung has finally optimized the Snapdragon processor on the Galaxy S23 series. In the latest Geekbench test, the Galaxy S23 Ultra running the overclocked Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset reached ~ 5200 (5179 points) in the multi-core test.

So far, the tentative Galaxy S23, S23 Plus and S23 Ultra smartphones managed to score between 4500-5000 points in the Geekbench test. As the Ultra model finally crosses the line of 5000 points on benchmarking platform, we expect, the chipset would destroy all other Android rivals.

To be noted, the possible Galaxy S23 Ultra powered by Samsung-exclusive Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset was tested on Geekbench. Besides, the single core score has also been slightly improved and reached 1566. As the company has an entire month, the scores may increase as further.

The recently released Xiaomi and Vivo flagship smartphones already recorded up to 5200 points in Geekbench’s multi-core test. However, the single core score of these rivals is around 100 less than the most recent test document of the Galaxy S23 Ultra.
