The tipster also shared the configuration of initial storage variants of the Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23 Plus, and Galaxy S23 Ultra models. As per the tipster, these smartphones will have RAM and storage as follows:

  • Galaxy S23 – 8GB RAM + 256GB storage
  • Galaxy S23 Plus – 8GB RAM + 256GB storage
  • Galaxy S23 Ultra – 12GB RAM + 256GB/512GB /1TB

Although this is not official information, we can take it as a pinch of salt until Samsung announces it itself. And if Samsung ditches 128GB in its next series, then it is sure that the Galaxy S23 series smartphones will be priced higher than its predecessor series.s
