Last month, we have come to know that Samsung has discontinued the Galaxy A7x series phones and we will not see Galaxy A74 this year. Now new information reports that the Korean company has also fired the lower mid-range Samsung Galaxy A2x series phones.

Korean media, TheElec has recently reported that Samsung is looking to conclude the Plus model of high-end Galaxy S series phones, which means it’s killing off Galaxy S24+. At the same time, the report also revealed that the company will not develop Galaxy A2x phones next year.

Samsung will only create three Galaxy A series phones, such as Galaxy A1x, A3X, and A5x. Although the reason behind this is not clear, it seems like the company wants to make a profit by reducing product development costs.

On the other hand, it is also likely that Samsung could focus on creating its lower high-end Fan Editions instead of manufacturing some unfamed phones as the Galaxy Sx FE series earns more profit for the company.
