The feature uses a microphone in each earbud to capture 360-degree sound, engaging the viewer in the midst of a crowded festival or jungle stream. With this, users can experience lifelike and immersive sound by plugging in connected headphones and playing videos on the device or social media channel.
It’s worth noticing that the feature is available on Galaxy Buds 2 Pro paired with a Galaxy smartphone running One UI 5.0 or above with LE Audio support, including Galaxy Z Flip 4, Galaxy Z Fold 4, and the upcoming Galaxy smartphones.
How to use 360 Audio Recording in Samsung Camera:
First of all, you need to install the latest software versions on the Galaxy smartphone and Galaxy Buds devices. Next, pair both devices with each other and enable the feature on your phone.
To do so, visit your Samsung phone’s Camera app and go to the Video mode. Now tap on Camera settings and then enter the Advanced video options. You will see a new 360 Audio Recording feature here. Just turn it on and you can now record 360 audio in videos.
