Samsung confirms Galaxy phones eligible for One UI 5.1 update
After the successful release of Android 13-based One UI 5.0 software, the company is now gearing up to introduce the new One UI 5.1 for Galaxy devices. The new software will go official alongside the Galaxy S23 series on February 1, but ahead of this, Samsung confirmed the Galaxy phones that are eligible for the One UI 5.1 update.
Yesterday, Samsung started rolling out a new Camera Controller zoom feature update for Galaxy Watch 5 wearables. At the same time, the company has also mentioned that this feature will be available for Galaxy phones running One UI 5.1 as well as indirectly confirmed which phones will get it.

Samsung’s statement on the official Galaxy Watch 5 update changelog says –
This feature is only supported on flagship models released after Samsung Galaxy S20 or Z Flip running at least One UI 5.1.

This statement clearly reveals the names of eligible Samsung phones that are set to get the One UI 5.1 software update in the coming months. As per this information, the compatible flagship Galaxy phones are:
- Galaxy S22 | S22+ | S22 Ultra
- Galaxy S21 | S21+ | S21 Ultra | S21 FE
- Galaxy S20 | S20+ | S20 Ultra | S20 FE
- Galaxy Note 20 | Note 20 Ultra
- Galaxy Z Fold 4 | Z Flip 4
- Galaxy Z Fold 3 | Z Flip 3
- Galaxy Z Fold 2
- Galaxy Z Flip 5G | Z Flip
Currently, Samsung only confirms the flagship phones that will get One UI 5.1. However, other mid-range and budget-segment devices will also get the update and you can check the list here.
