Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 offers the fastest 5G speed in the US

Due to various factors, the internet speed of 5G smartphones varies across different devices. Meanwhile, a speed test has found that Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 is the fastest 5G smartphone in the US.

OOKLA has recently conducted the 5G speed test of Q4 2022’s flagship Android and iOS smartphones available in the United States. The information reveals that the top five fastest devices are from the top smartphone manufacturers Samsung, Google, and Apple.

Among these, the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 5G smartphone has ranked top on the list, indicating that it offers the fastest downloading speed in the US. As per the report, the smartphone provides 147.25Mbps download speeds, 13.95Mbps average upload 5G speed, and 55ms latency.

Meanwhile, Google’s Pixel 7 Pro ranked second with average 5G download speeds of 137.11Mbps, upload speeds of 15.53Mbps, and 50ms latency. And, Apple’s iPhone Pro Max comes in the third position, having 133.84Mbps average 5G download speed, 15.39Mbps upload speed, and 54ms latency.

On the other hand, the next two phones are also from Apple and Samsung, with iPhone 14 Pro being the fourth. Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra is the fifth fastest 5G smartphone in the country with 124.83Mbps download speed, 12.6Mbps upload speed, and 57ms latency.
