Samsung Galaxy S23 US pre-order begins February 1

Samsung has now officially confirmed that the Galaxy S23 pre-order starts on February 1 in the US. The reservation deal is live, bringing you a hefty $50 Samsung Credit without any commitment or advance payment.

According to Samsung Mobile US, the pre-order for its upcoming Galaxy S series smartphones will start on February 1. It means the company will start pre-orders on the same day of the official unveiling at the Galaxy Unpacked.

Alongside revealing the US pre-order date, Samsung recreated the hype for the upgraded camera of the Galaxy S23 Ultra. The teaser shows S23 Ultra’s camera sensors and cites “WOW-worthy resolution is coming”.

With “WOW-worthy resolution,” the company is hinting at the monstrous 200MP camera of its next Ultra. The new ISOCELL HP2 200MP camera has recently been unveiled, which is used in the Galaxy S23 Ultra smartphone.

Reservation Deal

If you reserve the Galaxy S23 before the February Unpacked event, you will be eligible for a $50 Samsung Credit for free. You can either use this credit to purchase accessories for your new device, or charging adapter during pre-order.

Price

A recent official-looking Verizon page revealed that the Galaxy S23 series smartphones’ price is the same as their predecessors. In other regions, the company may hike the price by $100 due to certain reasons.

Per a past leak, the vanilla Galaxy S23 costs $799.99 for the 8GB + 128GB model in the US. Whereas, the Plus variant costs $999.99 for the 8GB + 256GB and the Ultra model costs $1,199.99 for 8GB + 256GB.
