Google Voice Smart Reply support removed from Samsung and other Android devices

Google recently pushed a new update for its Voice app with version 2023.01.09. The latest update of the Voice app removed the Smart Reply feature from all Android devices including Samsung.

Samsung smartphones and other Android smartphones are now no longer support the Smart Reply feature. The search giant has ditched this feature for the Google Voice app, as it wants to add Smart Reply as a system-level feature. However, other stock apps including Gmail, Google Messages, and Google Docs are currently have this feature.

The release notes of Google Voice’s latest update clearly mention the Smart Reply feature support is removed from all Android devices. In addition to this, the company also improves the performance and stability of the app to provide a better experience.

Back in 2022, Google introduced the Smart Reply feature in its Voice app to provide a new way to reply to text messages by offering suggestions for replies.

The latest update of the Google Voice app is available on Play Store with an installation package size of 13.64 MB. You can also download it directly from the third-party source link mentioned here.

Aside from this, Microsoft Phone Link’s latest update brought a new connectivity feature for the Galaxy Book Pro series called Recent Websites. This feature lets users continue browsing sessions from their smartphones on their PCs easily.

You can easily activate the Recent Websites feature by connecting your Samsung Galaxy smartphone to the Galaxy Book via the “Link to Windows” feature on your smartphone and the Microsoft Phone Link feature on your PC.
